Hello! My name is Autumn and I’m a Communication Design student at Southern Illinois University. I’ve lived in southern Illinois all my life, but I love to travel and see new places! I enjoy exercising my creativity in as many different ways as possible. Through SIU I have taken fine arts courses such as Etching, Ceramics, and currently Glass. I have enjoyed exploring these hands-on artistic challenges along with learning in the design program. Reimagining my favorite media in course work has been one of the most fulfilling tasks for me. I am very much inspired by the art I consume on a daily basis. Nostalgia and film are heavy influences on how I design, as you will see browsing the work I’ve done thus far 🙂
